Thanksgiving Weekend

Hey long time no see!

Sorry I am so terrible at updating my blog. It is hard when I have facebook as well. These are a collection of my pictures that I took over the holiday. I got a new camera for an early birthday present and so I had to try it out! I have pictures of Brandon and his family and I at the Hoover Dam bridge. The traffic was terrible but it was fun once we got there and saw the bridge. Then you see pictures of me on the bridge and the kids and then it goes on to pictures at our house. My cousin Anna is in a pic with me and then I took pics with the family and what not. Thanksgiving weekend was such a wonderful weekend. I had a blast with all of my family. I was so thankful that everyone made it here safely through the snow. I am so incredibly thankful for my family. I had a fantastic weekend. Britton and I celebrated our birthdays together since they are only 2 days apart. We did that Friday night and we had striped delight and opened presents. Fun times for sure. Sorry this is quite brief but that was my weekend in a nut shell. I hope you enjoy the pics. :)
p.s. You may notice that everyone is in tie-dye shirts. My dad and I made these shirts for everyone for our family photos. I had the idea to make them because every time I go to a friends house they have family photos where everyone matches and I am always so jealous that we have never done that before so I said, dang it we have to do that this year! lol So that is why we are all wearing tie-dye shirts. We went and took family photos at the temple. Thanks to Aunt Sandie for taking our pictures for us. :D

New shirt, Yukata, and The LV Strip...

Mom got me a new shirt so I put it on and took some pics. this is not normally my style but I think it looks alright. :)
More fan action.
Yuri also bought fans for Mom and Dad so I thought it would look so traditional to add them to the fun. =)
Just posing for the camera... hehe
here is the bow in the back, I thought it looked so cute so we had to get a picture of it. :D
Here is a better view of the whole thing.
Yuri was so kind as to buy me a Yukata from Japan so she dressed me up in it and we took some pictures. It was lots of fun! It is so pretty! What a nice gift she gave me!
New York, New York.. Lady Liberty
Casinos along the strip...
We took our exchange student Yuri to the famous Welcome to Las Vegas sign to welcome her to her new home for the year. She thought it was fun to see all the lights everywhere, we even saw Elvis and a HUGE Limo!
